 What advantages offers a PREMIUM ad compared to a BASIC?

| PREMIUM ads are shown in our Home Page (including a
photograph) and are promoted in the first positions in searches performed in
the province/island where your property is. Besides, you can include up to
10 photographs of your property. This increases dramatically the visits to your
ad and, therefore, the chance of selling or renting your property.

| How can I contract a PREMIUM ad? |
| Once I am registered as private individual, you will be
able to create new ads from Your Private Menu. Since this type of ads are
a charged service, for a start they will be published as BASIC and when
the payment is made they will be converted into PREMIUM. PREMIUM ads are
contracted per weeks.

| What method of payment does Urbipolis accept? |
| Wire transfer is the most common method. In the
case your bank account is outside Spain, by international wire transfer. Wire
transfer is a reliable and sure method of payment that does not need credit
cards or personal information.

| And, if I want to change anything in my ad like the price, contact,... correct
some information or add photographs, can I do it? How? |
| Of course. All your published ads can be modified or
updated whenever you want from 'Your Menu'. |
| What happens once finish the contracted period? |
| Your ad will be desactivated automatically. You ever
have the option to renew for other period of time. |
| What I have to do when I sell/rent my property or I am not interested in
having my ad in Internet? |
| When you want you can disable or delete your ad.
Disabling it, your ad will remain intact but nobody will be able to see it and
it will not appear as result of any search. When you wish you can enable it. If
you delete it, it will disappear for ever from our database. |
| How will I know when is somebody interested in my property? |
| Among the property information that you can provide us,
are the details relating to the contact person (telephone, fax or e-mail). This
information will appear in the ad. |
| Take part Urbipolis in the sale or renting in any way? |
| We only put at disposal of sellers, buyers, lessors and
tenants our portal so that they can contact themselves without any
intermediary. Besides that, in our portal you will find advices to carry out
transactions by yourselves. That is our only participation in your property
sale or renting. |
| I don't want a estate agency to contact with me, I want to sell my property by
myself, directly to other private individual, how can I avoid being disturbed? |
| You can indicate when creating the ad that you don't
wish the estate agencies to contact with you. Anyway, they have to repect your
decision. |
| How can I add photographs to my property ad? |
|
You must obtain digital photographs of your property and upload them to our
server. It's fast and easy and you can do it when creating the ad or later,
when you want, from 'Your Menu'.

| What features should the photographs have? |
| We only accept images in JPEG (*.jpg), GIF (*.gif)
o BITMAP (*.bmp). Moreover, they can't exceed a size or dimensions as you can
see here. |
| What kind of transactions can I offer in my property ad? |
| You can sell, rent, transfer or share in rent a
property. This last option, the property sharing, allow you to find
people matching a certain profile to share the expenses. |
| I want my property ad to have a different design, videos or other
advanced features, what can I do? |
| You must contract a CUSTOM o CUSTOM +
Videoclip ad that are created by our design group meeting your needs and
