| How is contracted a CUSTOM ad? |
| Once you are registered as a particular user, you will
be able to add new ads from 'Your Menu', located on the left menu. CUSTOM ads
are contracted per weeks or for an indefinite term. They will be carried out
after the budget is accepted.

| How is the making process of a CUSTOM ad? |
| Firstly, once requested a CUSTOM ad, we will send you an
e-mail with an attached form. You have to fill out and forward us. This manner
we will know what do you wish. We will contact you if we need additional
explanations. After this, we will send you a budget together with an
outline of your ad. If you accept our budget, documents will be requested
(photos, videos, plans,...) to develop your ad. Once you make the payment, your
ad will be finished and published in less than 10 days.

| How can I get a promotional video of my property? |
You have several options. If you have at your disposal a
digital camera you can film your own home videoclip. Firstly film outside views
and then the rooms. 1 or 2 minutes of good shots will be enaugh.
If you do not have a digital camera or every details are important to you,
we can help you sending to your property a professional to take photos and
shoot the film. Inform here.

| Wire transfer is the most common method. In the
case your bank account is outside Spain, by international wire transfer. Wire
transfer is a reliable and sure method of payment that does not need credit
cards or personal information. |

some information or add photographs, can I do it? How? |

updated whenever you want from 'Your Menu'. |
| What happens once finish the contracted period? |
| Your ad will be desactivated automatically. You ever
have the option to renew for other period of time. |
| What I have to do when I sell/rent my property or I am not interested in
having my ad in Internet? |
| When you want you can disable or delete your ad.
Disabling it, your ad will remain intact but nobody will be able to see it and
it will not appear as result of any search. When you wish you can enable it. If
you delete it, it will disappear for ever from our database. |
| How will I know when is somebody interested in my property? |
| Among the property information that you can provide us,
are the details relating to the contact person (telephone, fax or e-mail). This
